Eventually, thumbnails will show for each entry – I’m working on that. From now on, you’ll be able to print recipes if you want. Also, commenting will be easier – no captchas!

I hope to expand what I write about, too. I’d like to write a series of posts about kitchen techniques, appliances and tools I like. Also, I plan to write more about restaurant meals and how they’ve inspired me in my own kitchen. Since I’m not vegan, that means some mentions of cheese now and then, but I promise to be careful with photographs. There will never be a picture of a drippy fried egg here, because I’d never eat it. But, by expanding the recipes here to include everything I and my immediate family eats, I can write some posts specifically for friends and family who would never buy vegan cheese or use an egg sub. Finally, I’d like to do more roundups, both entering them, hosting other’s roundups, and creating a few myself.
